I have this grinder for 3 weeks now, and the top has completely snapped off!!! I am soooooo disappointed! I started out really liking it, but after only 3 weeks of minimal use, it breaks! How disappointing!!

The pepperball works great. We purchased this to replace another grinder we bought just a couple months ago - the salt grinder side completely quit grinding the salt. The salt just fell out in chunks. This pepperball grinds both the salt and pepper great, and there are even options for the grinding. So far, it's doing great.

Tonight, the top snapped off. It's done for good. I guess I'll look for something similar but from another brand. This didn't last near as long as my old ball pepper grinder, but I liked that it did both salt and pepper in one unit.
Edit: I finally had time to examine the thing. The ring, if you want to call it that, that keeps the handle attached to the ball is about 1/32" thick of flimsy plastic. This is a horrible design because all of the force used to push the grinder down over the pepper or salt is applied to this very thin ring. The is a major design flaw. This unit needs a redesign badly.
Your unit WILL break. The only unknown is how long it will last.
