This pepper grinder is as cheap as it appears. It is make almost-entirely of plastic, including the "grinder," which is made of rubber and plastic. The grinder does not actually grind the pepper beyond a coarse grind, splitting one peppercorn into 2-4 pieces.

Don't be fooled. This is only a PEPPER Ball as the description says. I didn't read carefully and went with the picture that showed a dual dispenser and was disappointed when it arrived to find it wasn't.
