A non-corrosive ceramic grinding mechanism grinds the salt crystals smoothly and quickly. A deep grinding cavity holds more coarse salt to release more ground salt per turn. The three-way entry for salt into the grinding cavity ensures an even flow into the grinder. And the salt grind is adjustable to give you as fine or as coarse a grind as you desire.
