This set of pepper and salt mills has been expertly designed to not only look good, but to release the true flavour in food. The pepper mill's hardened carbon steel grinding mechanism strips and grinds the peppercorns smoothly and quickly while a diamond-sharp, non-corrosive ceramic grinding mechanism grinds the salt crystals. The mills' grinding mechanisms deliver excellent throughput of pepper and salt, providing more grinds with each turn and consistently releasing the optimum flavour. A deep grinding cavity with a three-way entry for peppercorns or salt into the grinding cavity ensures an even flow into the grinder. Spring-loaded mechanisms allow the mills to be easily adjusted for fine or coarse grinds to meet your individual taste. The mills come partially filled with black peppercorns and coarse sea salt.
