This supplemental serving piece is a must have for the Dansk Christianshavn Blue Bistro pattern and will harmonize also with Concerto Allegro Blue pattern. I have two of them, especially for the holidays. It really does go in the dishwasher with no problems. Since Dansk has closed most, if not all, of its outlet stores in California, getting this piece from Amazon with no shipping, plus the 4 for 3 option, is a convenient way to purchase. Certainly if you are trying to complete your set, it is a good idea to purchase 4 qualifying pieces on the 4 for 3 offer to reduce the overall price. These pieces are becoming more difficult to find. Other sources would be Ebay, where you'll definitely pay more than through Amazon, or directly through the Dansk website, assuming they have the pieces.

The quality of this product is in line with other Dansk manufacturing. Size is great for large quantities of food. Simple design makes it very functional for simple to fancy settings.
