This review is from: Koziol Piep 3108513 Salt & Pepper Set with a Green Tree and Black/White Bird Salt Shakers, 1,73X7,09X6,50-Inch (Kitchen) I saw these in a magazine and thought they'd be a good present, but when I received them, they just weren't as good quality as I thought they would be. I thought they'd be made of ceramic, but they're plastic. Cute idea, but too much money for the product. 9 of 9 people found the following review helpful: Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Koziol Piep 3108513 Salt & Pepper Set with a Green Tree and Black/White Bird Salt Shakers, 1,73X7,09X6,50-Inch (Kitchen) Well, this set seemed like it would go wonderfully with the kids dining set and our kitchen. I was hesitant to pay so much for a salt and pepper shaker set, but I decided to take a chance. I thought they must be very high quality for that price, so I'd probably love them. WRONG. When you go to pick one of the birds up of its magnetic perch, you have to hold the tree down so that it doesn't fall over. This review is from: Koziol Piep 3108578 Salt & Pepper Set with a Brown Tree and Green Bird Salt Shakers, 1,73X7,09X6,50-Inch (Kitchen) I waited weeks for this item to finally "become available". What an incredibly small, over priced, flimsy piece of junk. I'd half expected that the tree would at least be ceramic, and at least 12" tall overall. It's a mere 8" at best, and not nearly as pleasing to the eyes as the photos would have it appear. Since it's a Christmas gift, I'll still give it to her - but I'm including the receipt for it's inevitable return. |
