I am pleased with this product. Nice finish on the wood, good grinding. Not as smooth as more expensive mills but for the money it's a good product.

If you do any amount of cooking, you have probably discovered that freshly ground pepper adds so much flavor to food, and that the preground pepper available in the supermarket adds about as much flavor as ground cardboard. Once you've made this discovery, you might want to consider this as a fine addition to your kitchen. It works well, has a choice of several different coarseness of grinds, and is small enough that the peppercorns don't go stale between fillings. It also looks pretty nice.
