These salt and pepper shakers are simple and attractive. They do have plastic tops, but I see no problem with them. They clean up nicely and I've had no problems with them. I've had them now for over a year.
Beware, Lids are NOT Stainless Steel, they are plastic,

These are a good size and attractive, but part of the reason I wanted these was to get away from plastic items. The lids are only steel/chrome color finish over plastic, not real metal (or if real metal only a foil coating on plastic at best). Looking back, the price seemed to good to be true. I'll use these until they break or the "stainless steel" finish on the lids start peeling off, then I will look for and buy a set that has lids that are really made from metal and not plastic.
