Comment: Just got these and love them! No more wiping up grains of salt or pepper that have leaked out of the bottom of regular grinders! I have had no problem adjusting them both to fine grain. Nice looking and easy to handle. Great product!

Comment: I had been looking for a salt and pepper grinder for quite some time when I came across the XOX pair on line. I took the chance and bought them I have been pleased every day since my family started using them. Sturdy, great looking on the dining room table, and the choice of grind texture is excellent. I have since bought the XOX pair as gifts for family members.

Comment: Shipping was timely. These grinders are great! The salt grinder has a white ceramic grinder so it will not rust/corrode. The grind is adjustable but it will not grind down to conventional table salt size. I have not had any problem with anything falling off. They fill from the bottom, grind on the top. Come filled with rock salt and pepper corns.

Comment: Despite some negative reviews I ordered this set. The grinders appear to be well made and they are good looking. The salt and pepper grinders appear to be identical except for contents. I have to agree that even on the finest grind setting, larger pieces are dispensed. This isn't such a problem for me for the pepper as I love pepper. But the salt grinder ends up dropping large and small particles which causes an overdose of salt for my tastes. Even a slight twist of the grinder dispenses quite a lot of salt.
I like the set so will probably use the salt grinder for large needs like cooking stews and soups where the larger particles aren't a problem. But for table use, I'll probably pick up a conventional shaker and a carton of Morton's salt....

Comment: I paged through all the salt and pepper grinders on Amz before settling for these. They are very attractive and enhance my kitchen area nicely. They grind smoothly and are easy to operate. The grind setting is easy to see and change. I think Oxo outdid themselves with this set.
