Comment: I am disappointed that I previously wasted money trying other grinders. Not only do the come full of salt and pepper, but they fit very well in your hand making them easy to use - love them.

Comment: I read the reviews prior to getting the grinder so I thought I knew what to expect. I was surprised that the pepper came out fairly large even on the finest setting. The look and feel is nice, it just doesn't grind very well.

Comment: We looked at lots and lots of mills before we bought these. Really incredible value. I love that you set them down on the end that does not do the grinding, so the pepper and salt will not leak out and make a mess. I agree with some of the other reviews that say that the finest grind on the pepper doesn't get really, really fine, but I'm not at all troubled by that. I'm buying a set for my mother and father.

Comment: I just bought this grinder about an hour ago and I'm far from impressed. While it is well made and easy to use the grinding results are pretty bad. The finest grind it can do is in my opinion way too course, with oversized chunks mixed in with flakes and dust. Any decent cook knows that freshly ground pepper needs to be a smooth and even dust to maximize the release of flavor and not damge the texture of the dish. I'll be returning this tomorrow morning for sure and would not recommend it to anybody.

Comment: I haven't received my salt and pepper set yet because of some shipping issues so this review is more about the seller than the product.
Bakedeco faced a delay with their supplier and my shipment wont arrived at the promised date, but they made sure to keep me informed of the situation at every stage and offered me the chance to cancel my order if i wanted to.
I believe companies are defined by how they handle issues like this. They can either hide or make their best to ensure that their costumer's satisfaction is assured. Bakedeco took that extra mile to make feel great about my purchase and i really appreciate them for that.
I will definitely buy from them again.
