Chateauneuf: a Grand Cru of a mill if ever there was one. Solid and substantial, this mill is made from select French beech wood and accented with brushed stainless steel. It features Peugeot's exclusive u'Select grind adjustment system, which allows the grind to be adjusted with a simple turn of your wrist! Turn the ring at the bottom of the mill in one direction to make the grind finer; turn in the other direction to make it coarser. Once the grind size is set, it will stay in place until the user changes it. This mill is equipped with Peugeot’s exceptional salt grinding mechanism: it is unlike anything else on the market. Its two ribbed plates are made from a stainless steel blend that offers resiliency, rigidity and resistance to corrosion from dry salts. When the mechanism is activated, the ribs work to twist and fracture each salt crystal to the desired size. Mill is 12-1/4-inches tall with a black matte finish.
