Salt and Pepper Shaker Set with Rack

This is a pair of glass shakers, 4.5 inches high and 1.75 inches in diameter, with a capacity of 3 oz each, in a wire frame about 7 inches high, 4 inches wide, and 2 inches deep. These are fairly large shakers, with three times the capacity of more typical smaller shakers. They are also of lighter glass, so they might break if dropped on the floor, though they shouldn't break in normal use. The hole pattern in the stainless steel cap is the same for both shakers; the salt shakes out slightly faster than for typical smaller shakers.

I specifically wanted a larger salt shaker for my kitchen, because I was having to refill my small shaker too often. These should cut way back on how often I have to refill them. And with two shakers, I can keep a spare one filled so when one runs out and needs to be washed and refilled, I can use the other in the meantime. Of course they'll work fine for the more normal use of having one filled with salt and the other with pepper, too.

I keep these on the kitchen table. They are large enough to keep a big supply of s/p so don't have to be refilled often. Fairly hefty weight. Nice stainles steel basket. Easy to refill, caps remove easily. Easy to wash and dry. Perfect for our use!

I love this salt and pepper set. it is Cute and functional. The holes in the top of the shakers are just the right size. Love the handy cute chrome carrier too. I just wishe it were a bit heavier duty. That being said, it is adequate.
