I loved it when I got it. The rack is great because it prevents ground up pepper from dropping all over. But after 2 years, the rubber ring in the pepper mill broke. I bought mine from Target. The product says lifetime warranty but seems like Target does not carry it any more. I dont know where to get the rubber ring replaced.
