Product Review

Trudeau’s one-handed cheese grater will have you wishing for parmesan every night. This unique cheese grater has a one hand mechanism and a chamber. Hold the grater over your bowl or anything you want to sprinkle grated cheese on, and squeeze the handle. Grated cheese is pushed out the bottom through the moving blades. Also works well with hard nuts. The blade is made from stainless steel and the base snaps on easily for storing unused cheese.

Amazon.com Review

Sprinkling Parmesan cheese over tomato soup, Caesar salad, or a bowl of pasta Bolognese is easier and more fun with this one-hand grater from Trudeau. A smart and lovely construction, the white grater features internal stainless-steel grating blades and a clear chamber for the chunk of cheese. Freshly grated with a couple of one-hand squeezes, the cheese falls out the bottom of the grater, so you can easily control how much or how little you use. The design also includes a snap-on base, so Parmesan-lovers can store the whole unit in the fridge for frequent use. Safe in the dishwasher, the grater is also handy for nuts, has removable parts for easy cleanup, and carries Trudeau's five-year warranty. --Emily Bedard

Idea is excellent - not that easy to actually operate, however, unless you have strong hands.
