Good product. But not the best. It broke 12/13/11!!!

I just received my pepper mill and used it so far for about a day, however, I still think it's an excellent product. Only time will tell how well this product will hold up, but I think an acrylic pepper mill is just as strong as a wooden pepper mill. It's made of a light-weight clear acrylic with peppercorns included. The grinder and stem are made of (zinc) metal.

The 4-teeth metal grinder & stem appears to be installed OK, however, there's a gray plastic piece on the under-side that appears to be solidly fitted. It's there to hold the grinder mechanism and metal stem in place. If you've never used a pepper mill before, all you simply need to do is tighten the screw on top for fine pepper or loosen the same screw for more coarse pepper. Just that simple.

Cheap plastic grinders that stopped working within 2 months. Grinding mechanism got stuck and the handle cracked soon thereafter. Poor construction and too expensive!

This pepper grinder worked well for about 4 months and then spontaneously cracked and stopped grinding pepper. Waste of money.
