These salt and pepper mills are unpretentious, I guess--but they are great products--they do just what they are supposed to do (grind salt and pepper!) and they do it well.

I have used my mills for a good many years and they are still working away--I would recommend William Bounds products to anyone.

My wife brought the pepper mill home twenty years ago. It was getting a little rough looking, so I cleaned it up and sanded it down. It still works just fine, so I bought the salt mill to go with it. I was actually surprised to find they were still available; I like these better than the big expensive ones I see on other folk's tables.
