If you are in the market for a battery operated grinding mill for salts or pepper this is the mill for you. I have used many battery-powered grinding mills in the past but this one tops them all. Just a simple tilt of the mill and it starts grinding your favorite spice on your food. Just pick your favorite salt or pepper load the mill and off you go. There is nothing better then freshly ground sea salt or your favorite pepper on top of your food. This item is constructed for ease of use. One caution, this mill is constructed of a very hard plastic if you drop it from your table on a hard floor it will break and become un-usable. I do know this for a fact because it happened to me. But nevertheless I still love this mill, and would not trade it for any other.
